Combined with my physical therapy knowledge,  I help prevent future physical injuries due to my full analysis of your body, posture and daily routines. This aides in a long term healthy life style.

We are going to train hard to get fit and strong but also smart, by doing so you prevent injuries as well as dealing with past ones.

Hormone Coaching


Hormone imbalances can be seen through many symptoms but often hard to pin point. If you suspect you suffer from an hormone inbalance, hormone coaching might be for you. I will look at your nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle and we will tackle it together to create a more harmonious balance in the body.



Sports Massage

Sport massage targets tension filled areas by increasing circulation and by using trigger point therapy to target certain 'knots' in the muscle. It is a wonderful preventative measure one can take whether you are extremely active or not. Great for athletes, people who work behind the computer a lot, as well as  just about anyone. 


Dry Needling

Dry Needling is a treatment part of physiotherapy.  A thin needle penetrates the skin and stimulates the underlying myofascial trigger points and connective tissues for management of pain and movement impairments. Dry Needling is called 'dry' as opposed to 'wet' is because there is no fluid being injected into the tissues.
